Vocabulary is words that make up a language. Every single word is vocabulary. All the sounds that come out of our mouth, with meaning, is vocabulary. Now, stop and think for a minute: when did we learn all the words that we know? It first starts when we are tiny babies. Then, little by little, as we keep growing, we continue to learn more and more. But it's at the beginning of our lives that we start taking it all in. Even from week 24 - 27 of pregnancy, we start listening to sounds that make up words. Babies' brains are just like sponges.... all they are exposed to will be absorbed. If we expose them to words - to language - frequently, then they will have a wide lexicon collection in their brains.
My BabyLingua loves to teach words to little ones! You will be coached in the many ways to teach your baby new vocabulary, to put them in context, to reinforce them, and more.
"When baby babbles
and mom responds,
it creates a social feedback loop
of communication and learning,
which is what we call language."
