We all have them. We all feel them. Babies, children, teenagers, adults - we all express them, either with our face or our body or with words. Babies and toddlers have no other option but to express them with their body because they lack the verbal language. So how do we know what it is they're feeling or trying to say? We need to pay attention. We need to listen. We need to connect. Our child's body language is telling us everything, so we need to understand them and give them a helping hand to be able to communicate. How do we do that?
